Designed by the Italian Architect, Renzo Piano, The Shard which will contain a hotel, offices, exclusive residences, restaurants and a viewing Gallery
has been unveiled today in Central London. The skyscraper is one of Londons most outstanding landmarks, towering just few yards away from the banks of River Thames, Southwark at 1,000ft up into the sky.
The building with 72 floors which can be engagef will be made to hold exclusive residences, offices, a hotel, restaurants and a viewing gallery.
The Shard is about 1.016ft and was opened by Qatars' prime minister and Prince Andrew the Duke of York.
After unveiling the landmark building, Prince Andrew said, "this is going to bring London a huge new look and boost.
