The owner of one of the most popular pharmacy in Abakaliki, Godwin Nwosu was
abducted and killed by some unknow gunmen the business morgul who hailed from Anambra State was kidnapped last wednesday in front of his abode along Water road on his was home from the office.
Reports has it that the was found dead close to the PDP SECRETARIAT, by security men on patrol along the ever busy Enugu-Abakaliki express way
When the body was deposited at the morgue of the Federal teaching hospital Abakaliki, it was already decomposing some sources said.
It was also gathered that the abductors had already collected some amount of undisclosed money from the family but still went ahead to kill him.
The police PRO, DSP Sylvester Igbo told reporters that the case was first reported to the SSS and that details behind the death of Chief Godwin is still sketchy at this time.
